HOW TO RELIEVE STRESS..

Stress is a common problem di kalangan kitani masa ani.. mahupun yang Tua atau yang Muda. In this post i'll be giving up some pointers cemana kan menghilang kan stress ala shutterazzi style.

1. TAKE A DEEP BREATH: This is archive by taking a break for while and breathe in and out for several times.. kalau masih jua inda mujarab, cari tah pump aquarium biskita, siruk tia oxygen nya then exhale.. *mukehehehe*

2. COMMUNICATE: Whether you talk or MSN chat to a friend (jan pkai H/P unless u r on ur Unlimited talk plan lah) or talk to your cat (jan saja dapan urg lah.. krg kana pikir mental problem), getting it off your chest will help a lot.. tapi pilih sumthing or sumone yang inda melawan balik lah... If you don't feel like talking about it, write it down. Keep a journal and write down whatever it is that's bothering you... who knows nanti buleh di publish kan jadi buku mcm david beckham autobiography.

3. LAUGH; Rediscover your sense of humor by making fun of your situation, bukan make fun of your fren ah... View it from your future self's perspective, telling this story to a bunch of your friends(macam Abg Azrin kah.. sal ia selalu blanja makan toh... hehehe) over murtabak @ CA mohd or Amboyat @ Aminah Arif (Makasih... abg dika & abg azrin... hehehe)and Teh Tarik.. Crack some jokes.. or mengumpat pasal urg kah.. mana2 saja sewaktu dengan nya lah.. laughter is the best medicine for sadness.

4. GET FIT ; Perhaps your health and appearance are stressing you out.. well think positive!!Walaupun badan besar tapi punggung tetap seksi... muhehehehe.. mahkluk tuhan paling seksi kali ah... but even if they're not an issue, being physically fit can directly help relieve stress, which exists on both a mental and a physical level.. if you insists, bawa belari kah, jog kah dari bandar ke tutong.. kalau stress teramat, jog dari bandar tarus turun ke Miri then balik semula ke Bandar.. kalau telarat lah..

5. BE ORGANIZED;For the most part, stress arises from feeling overwhelmed. There's just too much to do, and not enough time to do it. Being organized and getting your priorities straight can help you break responsibilities down into manageable pieces and focus on the things that really matter to you, rather than getting caught up in details and creating extra work for yourself.. really it works for me..

6. SOOTHE THE SENSES; Listen to your favorite, most relaxing music. Lagu Jamilah Jamidong kah or, better yet, go somewhere that you can listen to wind rustle through trees or waves crash on the beach.. or go to the cinemas. Drink some warm tea or ABC or ice blended chocolate.. Treat yourself by getting a massage or go to SPAs or go do some manicure & pedicure or, if you want to be alone, take a bath and light up some scented candle.. jan salah light up stanji ah.. muhahaha.

7. DO NOTHING; thats right, you heard me, go to a room, locked the door and windows and meditate.. p/s jan tekantut saja lah...

HOPEFULLY the 7 tips i've post will be a help to you guys yang masa ani tengah stress out.. tapi perlu di ingati, kami inda bertanggung jawab if ada kecelakaan berlaku semasa melakukan 7 tips di atas ah.. hehehe..
