MAN CLIMBS TREE AFTER DITCHING CAR
It must have been one of the weirdest emergency calls the Fire and Rescue Department received yesterday when they had to rescue a man from a two-storey high tree near the Tungku Link Highway.
Nazrul Islam Litom, a Bangladesh national, allegedly climbed the tree after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a self-accident along the highway.
The car, believed to have gone out of control, was brought to an abrupt stop by the side of the highway. His wife and child were in the car during the accident. MORE STORY HERE
